As an accomplished design leader I have a passion for creative teams and fostering a creative environment that empowers teams to excel. I believe in nurturing a culture of mentorship and unlocking the value found in collaboration to design meaningful solutions.

I work closely with teams to design elegant and intuitive products. My approach is user-centric and is guided by the design process. I leverage experimentation, iteration and collaboration to solve the most important problems for users, drive value for the business and is feasible for teams to create.

I have 15 years of UX, UI, user research and design strategy experience across entertainment brands, telecommunications, utility and healthcare. I have been fortunate to work with companies that align with my values and believe the work we do makes a positive impact on the world.
